We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage the remote recruitment and ongoing support for our cleaning staff. The primary responsibilities include identifying and hiring suitable candidates for cleaning positions and maintaining consistent communication with them throughout their training period to ensure successful onboarding and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
*  Recruit and onboard new cleaning personnel remotely.
*  Maintain regular communication with new hires during their training phase.
*  Provide administrative support related to cleaner management.
*  Ensure all communication is clear and effective.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
*  Proven experience in administrative support or virtual assistance.
*  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*  Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
*  Strong organizational and time management abilities.
*  Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote environment.
