Cosmo Plumbing is a reputable plumbing company based in Houston, Texas, with over 15 years of experience. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Plumbing Estimator & Bid Manager in Mexico to find plumbing job opportunities, submit bids, and manage the bidding process.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Find plumbing bid opportunities in Houston through online bid platforms, general contractors, and property managers.
🔹 Analyze project specifications and prepare accurate bid estimates, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
🔹 Submit bids and proposals on behalf of Cosmo Plumbing.
🔹 Follow up on submitted bids and negotiate with clients to secure contracts.
🔹 Manage awarded projects by coordinating with our team and ensuring contract terms are met.
Requirements:
✅ Experience in construction bidding, estimating, or sales (Plumbing or MEP experience preferred).
✅ Familiarity with U.S. Construction bidding platforms like PlanHub, The Blue Book, or Builder’s Exchange.
✅ Strong English & Spanish skills (written and verbal).
✅ Ability to work independently and generate business opportunities.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and bidding software (e.g., PlanSwift, Buildertrend).
Compensation:
💰 Competitive base salary + commission on secured projects.
