We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Remote Procurement Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for implementing and maintaining a robust remote procurement support system.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with our international vendors, conducting timely follow-ups on orders and inquiries, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the procurement cycle. Key responsibilities will include managing Purchase Orders (PO), diligently tracking shipments, and ensuring all deliveries are made on schedule.

Required skills and experience for this position include a strong background in purchasing and supply chain management, proven experience in international vendor sourcing and negotiation, and proficiency in using professional communication and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Slack, and email. Familiarity with international trade terms and logistics coordination is also essential for success in this role.
