We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Project Manager with a strong focus on coordination and customer service for our construction projects. This is a full-time remote position, crucial for ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

*  Coordinate with clients to confirm job dates and ensure crews are en route, maintaining clear communication channels.
*  Conduct follow-up calls with clients the day after project completion to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
*  Handle inbound customer service calls and address complaints, directing them to the appropriate manager or crew leader for resolution.
*  Manage ongoing communication for active projects, liaising with crew leaders to coordinate job details, address concerns, and overcome potential language barriers.
*  Occasionally assist with inbound leads, particularly those requiring assistance in Spanish, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
*  Proactively reach out to clients regarding pending invoices to coordinate and facilitate payment collection.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
