We're hiring a remote sales closer / virtual assistant to manage inbound leads from our GoHighLevel CRM and close property owner deals by phone or WhatsApp.

You will:

Immediately follow up with leads who fill out our forms

Qualify them using our proven script

Explain our rental management offer

Handle objections

Close them into a signed agreement (via WhatsApp, email, or call)

For each confirmed client, you’ll earn a €100+ commission — with no cap on how many deals you close per week.

This role is 100% remote, requires daily availability (ideally full-time), and is best for someone who:

Is fluent in Spanish and/or English

Has experience in phone-based sales or real estate

Is HIGHLY familiar with GoHighLevel, CRM pipelines, and automation tools

Domus Aedes is a luxury short-term rental company operating in Spain and Morocco. We help property owners generate passive income through professional Airbnb management. Our target clients are villa owners or landlords with tourist apartments who need someone to handle operations. We run paid ad campaigns that generate 10–50 new leads per day via GHL funnels. Your job is to: Immediately follow up via WhatsApp or call Qualify the lead and sell them on our offer Close them into a contract and send them to onboarding team to get their property listed Add notes and tags in the CRM Coordinate with our operations team for handoff You will receive sales scripts and access to our GHL system.
