Are you a detail-oriented researcher who loves tracking down high-quality leads and building targeted prospect lists? We are a video podcast agency seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to help identify and qualify high-potential leads.

What You’ll Do:
βœ… Research and build accurate lead lists with verified contact information.
βœ… Chat with leads over email, answering questions and setting appointments using scripts (but also using critical thinking)
βœ… Manage and update leads in the CRM (Airtable experience a plus).
βœ… Assist in setting up and managing outbound email campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:
πŸ’‘ Experience in lead research, data scraping, or list building.
πŸ’‘ Ability to quickly evaluate the quality of potential leads.
πŸ’‘ Strong written communication skills in conversational English (even without AI)
πŸ’‘ Familiarity with CRMs and cold email tools (preferred).

πŸ•’ 20 hours/week, 8am - 12pm Eastern Time.

Project overview

In the attached screenshot, our team member: 1. Found director- and VP-level marketing executives from a list I provided 2. Looked for podcast appearances by a member of the company, and recorded the person's name, the podcast name, and a link to the episode 3. Found the target marketing executive's email using Apollo or another tool The team member would then be expected to set up a cold email campaign using a script I write, filling in custom variables in the cold email software (Instantly). There is training on how to do this, of course -- but basic familiarity with cold email campaigns is a big plus.
