We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused professional to join our growing residential garage door company. This part-time role, with potential for full-time growth, is ideal for someone based in Latin America who is passionate about driving revenue and optimizing sales processes. Your primary mission will be to enhance our sales performance by effectively utilizing our existing tools, ensuring data accuracy, and proactively engaging with leads and customers. You will be an integral part of our sales operations, working within key platforms to streamline workflows and maximize conversions. Key tools you will be working with include: Housecall Pro: For organizing customer information, managing jobs, creating estimates, and leveraging sales features. Chiirp: To build and manage automated SMS and email follow-up campaigns, seamlessly integrated with Housecall Pro. Wisetack and Hearth: Platforms used to offer and track various financing options for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Learning and proficiently using Housecall Pro to maintain clean and accurate customer and job data. Developing and executing effective follow-up campaigns using Chiirp for new leads, open estimates, and existing customers. Presenting and tracking customer financing options through Wisetack and Hearth. Proactively contacting leads and past customers via phone and text to schedule jobs, follow up on estimates, and identify opportunities for upsell services. Compiling and presenting simple weekly reports on key performance indicators such as leads generated, jobs booked, conversion rates, average ticket size, and financing utilization. We are looking for a candidate who possesses: A strong sales orientation and confidence in pursuing sales opportunities and closing deals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A quick learning ability, especially with new software and CRM systems. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of reliability. Availability to work at least 3-4 hours per day, with overlap during U.S. Central Time.
