Transcriptionist

Dear partner,



We are reaching out to you to check your availability for a new audio transcription project starting in the next 1 to 2 weeks.



We will be transcribing audios to text in the Chinese language on an external tool we will provide you access to. More information once you confirm your availability.



Project Information:



Start date: 1-2 weeks approx.



Duration: Throughout the 3rd quarter of the year with the possibility of extending to the end of the year.



Expected availability needed: You will need approximately 24 hours per week to complete this assignment



Data: The average audio length will be 1-30mins. Audio quality might vary since it is collected from different speakers and environments. Most audios are multi-speaker.



We will assign a group of short audios at first for you to learn how to use the tool and we will be available for any questions regarding functionality. After that we will assign the rest of the tasks until completion of the project. After the transcription is complete we will assign it to the reviewers who will proceed with QA and apply all changes needed.




Once you confirm availability we will send additional information and test. If you pass the test we can start assigning work and you can start transcribing.
