Key Responsibilities:

HR Assistant Duties:
- Assist with various human resources administrative tasks.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing correspondence.
- Handle general hr inquiries and provide administrative support to the hr department.

Data Entry Tasks:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into various systems and databases.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies.
- Generate reports from entered data as required.

E-commerce Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks related to our e-commerce platform.
- This may include product data management, order processing support, or inventory updates.
- Ensure information on the e-commerce site is current and accurate.
- Provide general administrative assistance to support online sales activities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative support, HR assistance, or data entry roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus.
