I'm looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant based in Central or South America to help manage inquiries from prospective tenants on Facebook Marketplace. You’ll be responsible for responding to messages, pre-screening leads using a simple process, and coordinating viewings.
This is a part-time, flexible role—typically 5–10 hours/week during active listing periods. Some weeks may be quiet; other times, there will be multiple listings. I’ll give you a heads-up whenever a new cycle begins.
You’ll work from my Facebook account (via a secure method or remote desktop access), and I’ll provide templates and a clear onboarding process to get started.
English fluency is required.
Spanish is a bonus—I’m learning and would enjoy the occasional practice.
Ideal Traits:
Detail-oriented and dependable
Responsive and proactive communicator
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Comfortable with Google Sheets
Experience with Facebook Marketplace is a plus, but not required
Expectations:
Check the Facebook inbox 3–4 times per day during active periods
Maintain a simple lead tracker in Google Sheets
Send me a daily summary of new messages, scheduled viewings, and anything needing my attention
