Title: Full-Time Virtual Assistant for YouTube Story Channel – $400/month + Bonus | Long-Term Opportunity



We’re looking for a smart, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our YouTube team full-time!

Our company runs a growing network of AI-powered YouTube story channels, and we’re looking for someone who can help us write, organize, and upload AI-generated stories consistently. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with us and take on more responsibility over time as you may know, Youtube is an ever-adapting business, and you’ll be required to adapt quick! 

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

Generating AI stories using tools like ChatGPT or Claude, based on clear instructions we give you 

Creating the script, voice over & video edit 

Uploading and scheduling videos on YouTube (we’ll show you the process) 

Keeping files neatly organized in Google Drive & Trello 

Communicating with us via Discord daily 

Gradually taking on more tasks as we teach you (e.g. Research, ideation, thumbnail creation, titles, metadata optimization, quality checks, etc.)

✅ Requirements:

Being adaptive, thrive in adapting/ change

Can work well with a team

Communication is a must, nothing less this

Experience working with tools/ ai tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Trello, etc.  (We’ll provide training too!)

Has a Discord account (or willing to create one) 

Some experience with YouTube and content uploading 

Strong written English and understanding of storytelling structure 

Can follow detailed instructions but also think for themselves when needed 

💼 What We’re Looking For:

Self sufficient and consistent (we don’t want to chase you up with tasks) 

Detail-oriented, but also creative 

Eager to learn and grow with the business 

Comfortable giving and receiving feedback 

Can work independently once trained

⏰ Working Hours & Salary:

Full-time: 7 days a week (flexible hours) 

You can work at any time — as long as deadlines are met and communication stays consistent 

Days off are always possible, as long as you communicate in advance and schedule the missed videos ahead of time 

Base salary: $400/month, paid on the 1st of every month

Monthly bonuses of $50 are possible (more about that below) 

You’ll need to pay for your own Claude subscription (approx. $20/month) from your paycheck — either from your $400 base or $450 total if the bonus is earned

🎁 Performance Bonus:

You can earn a $50 bonus each month if the following conditions are met:

You upload at least 180 videos per month (about 6 per day) that follow our structure and format 

You follow the instructions carefully and don’t cut corners 

We don’t receive repeated feedback or obvious signs of rushed, low-effort work 

This system is based on trust — we won’t micromanage, but we expect consistent, high-effort output.
