You should be able to start right away and be fluent in reading, writing and listening to English because I leave voice messages on Telegram.
This would be 6-10 hours per week.
Whoever finds me the house I move into will get a $25 bonus on top of their hourly rate. I need at least to be talking to the potential landlord about the contract by March 15th 2025 or sooner.
I'm a Truther Activist running my non profit trying to save Humanity from the war we are in, so my budget per hour is $3-5/hour.
If you don't speak Spanish and English, I need someone who is comfortable using google translate to search for houses in specific cities/towns.
I will give you the type of place and area I'm looking for, and you will search on Facebook marketplace, in facebook groups, and also on the few real estate sites. You will also post an ad in FB groups saying I'm looking for a house and they should contact you.
You should be intelligent, have attention to detail, and be a hard and fairly fast worker.
