Do you enjoy wearing multiple hats and supporting multiple departments in an administrative setting? Do you have experience in multi-state payroll? We are hiring for administrative assistant, preferably with ADP payroll experience, and would love to see if you would be a great fit for this team.


Responsibilities:
-Process Payroll 1-3 days per week
-Assist Human Resources 1-2 days per week with new hire paperwork, setting new hires up for their first day, set up trainings
-2-3 days Assisting the Director of Operations and keep them organized
-Set up meetings, order lunches, schedule team, get signatures from other employees.
-Manage front office by greeting visitors, answering phones, reviewing email and mail, maintaining office calendar
-Support members of Senior Leadership Team, including Director of Operations, and Human Resources department
-Prepare correspondence, forms, and reports
-Make recommendations for improvement of processes

-Excellent coordinator
-Knowledge of payroll processes and certified payroll requirements
-Able to communicate effectively, professionally, both written and verbal
-Able to coordinate and meet deadlines
-Computer fluency, phones, photocopiers

High School

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
-1 years Payroll Experience
-2 years Administrative Experience
-Experience using MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) in an Administrative role preferred
-Must be eligible to work in the United States
-Must be 18 years or older
