The primary goal of this MVP is to automatically create short video clips (such as Reels, Shorts, and TikToks) from longer video content, including YouTube videos, podcasts, and livestreams. This project is crucial for validating our AI clipping workflow and establishing a foundational product for Corta.ai, a Brazilian platform specializing in automated short-form video creation.Key features required for the MVP include: Ability to upload video files directly or import videos via YouTube links. Integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, specifically Whisper for audio transcription and Natural Language Processing (NLP), to intelligently detect and extract the most engaging moments, typically ranging from 30 to 90 seconds in duration. Automatic generation of subtitles in Portuguese for the extracted clips. Implementation of simple video formatting capabilities, including adjusting aspect ratio to 9:16 for vertical platforms and adding a custom watermark.
