We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Prospector to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct direct outreach to potential clients in Venezuela through Instagram Direct Messages and WhatsApp. You will be tasked with crafting personalized pitches that effectively highlight PulsoOps as the ideal solution for their manual client and payment management challenges. Your ultimate goal will be to schedule qualified product demonstrations for our sales team to close.

This role is crucial for our growth, focusing on acquiring long-term recurring clients. Our target audience includes gym owners, training center directors, academy administrators, and small to medium-sized school administrators. We are looking for businesses currently relying on inefficient methods like Excel spreadsheets or WhatsApp for managing their clients and payments.

Key Requirements:
*  Proven experience in B2B sales, prospecting, or direct outreach.
*  Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to write compelling and personalized messages that generate replies.
*  Strong discipline in consistent follow-up to nurture leads.
*  Conversational Spanish is essential, with a preference for familiarity with the Venezuelan dialect to better connect with our local market.
*  A deep understanding of client pain points related to manual administrative tasks.
