We are actively seeking a highly motivated and fluent bilingual Spanish/English speaker to join our expanding insurance company team as a full-time Customer Service Representative. This role is crucial for managing customer interactions and supporting our sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct follow-ups with customers on leads generated.
* Accurately fill out lead forms with customer information.
* Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
* Collect and record essential customer details.

* Schedule callbacks and appointments for sales or service teams.
* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
Requirements:
* Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills in both languages.
