We’re seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual (Spanish & English) Virtual Office Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and skilled at balancing customer communication, sales, and content creation. This is a full-time, remote role with Monday–Friday availability.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Customer Communication & Follow-Up
    •    Manage client communication via phone, email, and chat.
    •    Conduct follow-up calls and messages to ensure client satisfaction.
    •    Handle inquiries with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
    •    Sales & Lead Support
    •    Respond to new leads quickly and professionally.
    •    Provide information, book appointments, and nurture prospects into clients.
    •    Assist with phone screenings for new technician candidates.
    •    Operations & Team Support
    •    Help coordinate schedules and assist with technician communications.
    •    Support the hiring process by conducting initial phone interviews.
    •    Marketing & Content
    •    Create and schedule engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
    •    Monitor engagement and assist with basic content strategy tasks.

What We’re Looking For
    •    Spanish speaker with strong written and spoken English.
    •    Detail-oriented and highly organized.
    •    Comfortable with technology (CRM, scheduling tools, social media platforms).
    •    Excellent phone etiquette and customer service mindset.
    •    Experience in sales, customer service, or office administration is a plus.
    •    Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.

By taking ownership of customer follow-ups, communication, and social media presence, this assistant ensures smooth day-to-day operations while helping the business grow and maintain its professional image. You will be the first voice clients hear and the steady link between our office, team, and community presence.
