We are an insurance restoration company in North Carolina specializing in post-water-damage rebuilds and pack-outs. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Virtual Operations Assistant to manage the full back end of our business. This critical role will allow our owner to focus on sales and business growth by ensuring smooth daily operations.

This is not a basic virtual assistant position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and operates as a true business partner, contributing proactively to our success.

Key Daily Responsibilities:
- Call insurance adjusters to follow up on approvals, payments, and claims.
- Follow up with clients regarding scheduling, necessary paperwork, and job progress.
- Source and coordinate furnished housing placements for displaced clients within our Additional Living Expense (ALE) division.
- Professionally respond to emails and calls on behalf of the company.
- Manage and update our CRM system (JobNimbus) daily to ensure accurate records.
- Provide a concise morning and evening summary report to the owner every day.
- Keep the internal team on schedule and accountable for their tasks.

Requirements:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent spoken English and no heavy accent, as direct communication with US insurance adjusters and clients is essential.
- Must be available during US Eastern business hours.
- Proactive, highly organized, and capable of self-management.
- Prior experience with CRM systems or in the insurance/restoration industry is a significant plus.
