I need a freelancer to make calls on my behalf. Preferably someone that has knowledge and experience dealing with investment properties and owner who are in hardship. This will be an on going project. If results are good, we can talk about a long term contract.

I work in real estate investments and we call homeowners who need to sell. We try to see what their level of motivation is and make an offer depending on the numbers/condition.
