Hi I'm Vanessa at Sunny Braids. A hair braiding studio in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

We are seeking a smart, creative, and talented Virtual Assistant to support our team with various tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to think outside the box. Responsibilities will include
- Scrape IG profiles with the help of Phantom AI
- Draft emails and set up automations on GoHighLevel
- Write captions for social media posts
- Build alliances with local influencers and business to collaborate on socia media marketing
- Create weekly events calendar
- Handle payroll
- Interact with Facebook group
- Follow up with leads
