Creator/Affiliate Outreach Manager — Tiktok Shop & Meta (Part-Time)

We're not looking for someone to manage an inbox. We're looking for a hunter who treats creator outreach like outbound sales — and uses Ai to do the work of three people.

blcktec is a fast-growing dtc brand selling automotive diagnostic tools directly to us car owners via tiktok shop and meta. Creators drive our growth, and we need someone to aggressively expand that network. Ongoing, part-time (~25–30 hrs/week), $800–$1,100 USD/month.
PROFILE:

A true hunter who approaches outreach with an outbound-sales mentality — high-volume, personalized, with relentless follow-up. Autonomous, obsessively detail-oriented, and already using AI to systemize and scale the work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Source and contact creators on TikTok Shop and Meta Creator Marketplace.
-Close and activate creators — sign-up, sample delivery, first video posted.
-Run creator onboarding and program ops (CRM, Notion, payment/claim flows).
-Build AI-driven workflows that scale outreach.
-Deliver clean weekly pipeline reporting.

Note: this role does NOT include creative strategy or briefs — our internal team handles those.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Fluent English (written and spoken) — you'll communicate directly with US creators.
-Based in Latin America, preferably Mexico or Central America.
-Available during US Pacific (pst/pdt) business hours — this is essential.
-Prior experience in outbound sales, sdr/bdr, recruiting, or influencer outreach is ideal.
