Data Entry

We are currently looking for a Data Entry Specialist that is focused, detailed, and accurate.
(biomarin pharmaceutical.) Is a data technology company that establishes, refutes, and defends medical damages on cases involving personal injury. We built a proprietary national database of 3 billion records and use it to calculate the accurate and reasonable value of past and future medical damages. Our company was established in 2014, and our product hit the market 2 years later.
Now after four years in the marketplace, we now have clients in 26 different states working on both the plaintiff and the defense side. More and more attorneys are turning to AccuMed as a data source because the reports have proven to astronomically increase settlement amounts for an inexpensive report. We are data geeks!

job duties/ responsibility.

Assisting customers/distributors with purchases of all TrueForm Runner products and material.
Educating and recommending TrueForm product and methodology to Customers.
Entering, managing, and maintaining all quotes, invoices, and sales orders in sugar crm system and creating pick sheets for distribution and shipping.

Creating and processing customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and/or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped for the fulfillment of orders.
Contacting customers when orders are received and shipped, as well as any exceptions.
Completing forms & other necessary documentation to ship orders internationally.

Distribution of packing slips and shipment pickup/ delivery coordination.
Assisting in the counting of physical inventory as required/needed.
Generate inventory and sales reports weekly and when requested
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office
Word, Excel etc.)
