We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide comprehensive office operations and sales support. The role involves managing a variety of administrative and client-facing tasks to ensure smooth daily business operations and effective sales processes. Key responsibilities include handling both inbound and outbound calls with confidence, managing leads and ensuring timely follow-ups, and efficiently booking appointments and maintaining calendars. The specialist will also be responsible for communicating effectively with clients and our field teams, preparing and sending quotes, and assisting with billing inquiries. Additionally, the role requires managing emails and performing basic CRM tasks to keep client information updated. This position is crucial for supporting our daily business functions and enhancing our client interactions.
