We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager to join our digital marketing agency, specializing in SEO and Ads for U.S. Real estate clients. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (advanced English required) and possess strong communication and organizational skills to manage client relationships and coordinate internal teams effectively. This is a long-term remote collaboration opportunity with stable monthly payments via Workana.
Responsibilities include:
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
Coordinate deliverables seamlessly with our internal SEO, Ads, and Web development teams.
Prepare and meticulously review monthly performance reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Summarize project wins and outline next steps in concise update messages or short video summaries for clients.
Maintain organized and up-to-date project information within our project management tools, including ClickUp and AgencyAnalytics.
Proactively anticipate potential risks and propose effective solutions to enhance overall client satisfaction and project success.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing clients within a digital marketing or SEO agency environment.
Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential for effective communication with U.S. Clients.
Solid understanding of key seo and ppc (pay-per-click) metrics and strategies.
Familiarity and experience with tools such as ClickUp, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), GSC (Google Search Console), AgencyAnalytics, and Slack.
Must be based in Latin America and available to work during U.S. Business hours.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
