Experienced Hr Recruiter for Live-Chat Customer Support Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced HR recruiter to take full ownership of finding and screening customer support talent for our live-chat team. The agents you bring in will be responsible for helping customers navigate our booking system, so strong written English, fast typing skills, and calm problem-solving abilities are non-negotiable requirements for candidates.

This project requires end-to-end candidate management, including sourcing qualified profiles, conducting initial interviews to assess chat skills and service mindset, and then providing a curated shortlist of the best-fit candidates for the final interview round. You are encouraged to utilize any trusted channels for sourcing, such as LinkedIn, niche job boards, or referrals, to ensure the shortlist meets our specific criteria.

Deliverables for this project include:
- A screened shortlist of live-chat specialists, complete with detailed interview notes and your hire/hold recommendation for each candidate.
- A suggested next-step schedule for each recommended candidate.

Reliability and clear communication are essential, as we aim to move quickly on solid profiles.
