Experienced Remote Preconstruction Coordinator for Construction Projects

About Us:
Florida-based General Contractor specializing in municipal and community-focused construction projects. We manage 100% subcontracted projects and are building a structured preconstruction department.

Responsibilities:

Monitor public bid portals daily

Prepare bid opportunity summaries

Organize project folders in OneDrive and Pantera

Prepare bid packages and trade breakdowns

Send and track ITBs to subcontractors

Maintain bid logs and documentation

Coordinate addenda and consultant requests

Follow up with subcontractors prior to bid day

Qualifications:

3+ years construction administration or estimating support experience

Understanding of CSI divisions and construction drawings

Strong English written communication

Available during EST business hours

Own computer and stable internet

Highly organized and detail oriented

Compensation:
USD per hour based on experience
