We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to strategically manage our company's image and achieve our marketing goals. The ideal candidate will be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, possessing excellent communication skills to creatively express our company's views. This role is crucial for ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
*  Conduct thorough research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences to inform strategy.
*  Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business objectives.
*  Develop and maintain our brand's unique voice, fostering strong online relationships with creators and our community.
*  Establish specific objectives and provide regular reports on Return on Investment (ROI).
*  Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including original text, photos, videos, and news, for platforms such as Instagram (every 3 days), Facebook (every 3 days, crossposted from IG), TikTok/YouTube (every 3 days, original or crossposted from IG), and LinkedIn (occasional).
*  Collaborate effectively with other teams, such as email marketing, ads, sales, and customer service, to ensure campaign consistency and successful product launches.
*  Actively communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews to maintain a positive online presence.
*  Propose and implement innovative features to enhance brand awareness, including promotions and competitions.
*  Stay abreast of current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.

Required Experience and Skills:
*  Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably within the food or consumer packaged goods industries.
*  Hands-on experience in content management.
*  Ability to effectively utilize AI tools for idea generation and performance enhancement.
*  Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
*  Familiarity with online marketing channels.
*  Excellent copywriting abilities and a strong capacity to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
*  Understanding of design principles and experience working with style guides. Familiarity with tools like Canva and Metricool is a plus.
