We are seeking an experienced TikTok Ads specialist to manage and scale paid traffic campaigns for our iGaming affiliate operations across multiple European markets, including pt, es, it, gr, pl, cz, hu, and ro. This is a remote, ongoing freelance engagement with clear performance expectations for a results-oriented professional.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, launch, and scale TikTok Ads campaigns specifically for casino and gambling affiliate funnels.
* Proactively manage and rotate ad accounts and Business Centers to ensure campaign continuity and compliance.
* Implement advanced funnel strategies, including cloaking, redirect-based funnels, and compliant landing page setups.
* Oversee pixel setup, event tracking, and integration with TikTok pixel and third-party trackers like TGTracker or Keitaro.
* Develop and execute creative strategies, including identifying effective angles, hooks, and UGC-style video ads tailored for European GEOs.
* Conduct thorough analysis of campaign data, optimize bids and budgets, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
* Proven track record of successfully running TikTok Ads campaigns in highly restricted verticals such as gambling, betting, crypto, or nutra.
* Demonstrated experience managing multiple ad accounts and Business Centers concurrently.
* Strong understanding of pixel events, postback tracking, and proficiency with third-party tracking solutions (e.g., Keitaro).
* Familiarity with typical affiliate funnel structures, from landing page to Telegram/WhatsApp engagement and deposit conversion.
* Experience targeting European markets is highly advantageous.
* Ability to work autonomously and a strong focus on delivering measurable results.
