We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Office Manager to support our mental health practice in New York. This full-time role involves a blend of administrative duties, client and clinician communication, and essential marketing and branding support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication channels between our clinicians and clients, and assisting with various marketing initiatives to enhance our practice's visibility and brand. must speaking english fleuntly salary monthly $400-$500

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office administration and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage communications with clients and clinicians, including scheduling, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Provide support for marketing and branding activities, which may include research, content coordination, and administrative tasks related to campaigns.
- Maintain organized records and manage office supplies.
- Assist with data entry and report generation as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- English fluency is required for reading, writing, and speaking.***
