Full-Time Ai & Automation Developer (Gohighlevel + Claude)

Want to build ai systems that a us business actually runs on every day? we're jarvis, and we place remote professionals with us businesses. A us entrepreneur is hiring a full-time ai developer to design and ship the automations behind the business: crm workflows, ai assistants and the integrations that connect them. You'll work hands-on with the newest AI tools and own your builds from idea to documentation.

About the role
A long-term, full-time builder role. You'll turn business needs into working systems, connect the tools the team already uses, and document everything so it keeps running.

What you'll do
- Build and maintain GoHighLevel workflows, forms, triggers and pipelines.
- Set up Claude Team projects, skills and connectors, and build Perplexity ↔ Claude API integrations.
- Prototype and ship small tools and scripts in Replit.
- Connect project and time-tracking tools (Asana, Harvest) and automate the hand-offs.
- Write clear PRDs and SOPs for every build.

What we're looking for
Must-haves:
- Real builds you can show: Gohighlevel automations and at least one llm/api integration you shipped yourself.
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks and a scripting language (JavaScript or Python).
- You write clear technical documentation in English.
- You take a request and think through the edge cases before building.
Nice-to-haves:
- A Harvest → Asana integration, or similar project and time-tracking automation.
- Experience with astrology or Human Design APIs.
- Zapier or Make.
Not a fit: social-media-only backgrounds, or "familiar with" a tool without builds to show.

Schedule
- 40 hours a week, Monday–Friday, US Eastern business hours (exact shift confirmed at interview).
- Long-term.
- Pay: USD $7.80–9.80 per hour.
