Love the idea of getting a founder booked on podcasts, into the press and onto department-store shelves? We're Jarvis, and we place remote professionals with US businesses. This seat puts you right next to the founder of a fast-growing US beauty and wellness brand built for women 40–60. Every pitch you land shows up as a real result: an episode, an article, a buyer meeting.

About the role
A long-term, part-time role as the founder's outreach and admin partner. You'll open doors by hand, one personal message at a time, and keep her inbox and calendar running smoothly. The role may grow to full time as customer service is added.

What you'll do
- Find podcasts on anti-aging, menopause and women's wellness, pitch the founder as a guest, and follow up (2 polite follow-ups) until you get an answer.
- Reach out to press and local media, charity event organizers and department-store buyers.
- Write short, personal pitch emails and LinkedIn messages. No mass blasts or automation tools.
- Keep one outreach tracker up to date (Google Sheets or a CRM) and send a short end-of-shift update.
- Manage the founder's inbox and calendar, plus light admin and customer service.

What we're looking for
Must-haves:
- Hands-on 1:1 outreach experience (email or LinkedIn) where you tracked replies yourself.
- You've kept an outreach tracker in Google Sheets or a CRM.
- You've managed a founder's or executive's inbox and calendar.
- Clear, warm written English. We'll ask you to write a short pitch email live.
- Persistent but never pushy, and you ask before you guess.
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
Nice-to-haves:
- Podcast or press booking experience.
- Beauty, skincare, wellness or retail background, especially brands for women.
- Customer service experience.

Schedule
- 20 hours a week, Monday–Friday, 10 am–2 pm us eastern time, plus a short daily morning call.
- Long-term. Start as soon as Monday, November 2.
- Pay: USD $4.30–5.00 per hour.
