Key Responsibilities

General Marketing Virtual Assistant Tasks:
Content Creation: Develop engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, graphics, and videos that resonate with our target audience.
Social Media Management: Manage our social media profiles by scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
Email Marketing: Design and dispatch newsletters, manage subscriber lists, and evaluate the effectiveness of email campaigns.
SEO: Perform keyword research, optimize website content for search engines, and cultivate backlinks to enhance our online visibility.
Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, identify target demographics, and collect insights to inform our marketing strategies.
Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data to gauge performance and guide future marketing efforts.
Website Management: Maintain and update website content, ensure smooth functionality, and improve the overall user experience.
Advertising: Oversee PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Project Management: Coordinate marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and collaboration among team members.
GoHighLevel (GHL) Specific Tasks:
CRM Management: Efficiently set up and manage the CRM, organizing contacts and segmenting lists for targeted marketing efforts.
Automation: Design and implement automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and scheduling to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement.

Funnel Building: Utilize GHL's funnel builder to create effective marketing and sales funnels that convert visitors into leads and customers.

Website and Landing Page Creation: Craft optimized landing pages and websites within GHL to support our marketing campaigns.

SMS and Email Campaigns: Manage sms and email marketing initiatives within ghl, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.

Reputation Management: Use GHL's tools to monitor and manage online reviews and feedback, protecting and enhancing our brand reputation.

Integration: Seamlessly integrate GHL with other platforms and tools to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor and present performance metrics within GHL.

Training and Support: Offer training and support to team members on utilizing GHL effectively, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing and familiarity with the GoHighLevel platform.
Strong understanding of content creation, social media management, email marketing, SEO, and advertising.
