Regarding this opportunity, we are looking for a Virtual Assistant in hhrr to join our team

about the role/simple version
you will be responsible for:
+ support the process of recruitment for the different positions we may have.
+ Look for the right person to interview for each position.
+ Manage and follow-up of the interviews.
+ Manage the hhrr incoming emails.
+ Create the corresponding task related to the hiring of the freelancers.
+ Keep constant communications trough the differents tools we use (Asana, Slack, Email).

+at least 2 years of proven experience in similar jobs.
+ Strong English and Spanish skills, both written and spoken (This is a mandatory
+ Highly analytical and results driven.
+ Full time availability (40+ hours per week).
