Key Responsibilities:
Support the founder with a wide range of daily administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
Conduct thorough research on various topics and develop polished, professional PowerPoint presentations and proposals.
Assist with quality assurance by developing test scripts and conducting testing for software tools and websites.
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring brand consistency and optimal functionality.
Manage LinkedIn outreach initiatives, oversee social media engagement strategies, and handle CRM messaging.
Coordinate project tracking and task management using platforms like Taiga to keep projects on schedule.
Communicate professionally and effectively with US-based clients and partners via phone and video conferencing.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, with a focus on supporting US-based clients.
3+ years of experience working in tech startups or in executive operations roles.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Demonstrated hands-on experience with project management tools.
Strong background in conducting research and preparing comprehensive reports.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and professionalism.
