I need Customer Service Representative who can handle (but not limited to): Billing, processing payments, addressing past due accounts through to a collection agency, maintaining customer files from beginning to end, verifying delivery drivers paperwork, filing, etc. Customer service rep must have the ability to multi-task when need be, able to answer a multi-line phone system, assist customers by phone and in person, sales, dispatching delivery drivers, respond to emails, etc.
