We are seeking a Administrative Assistant. The intent of this position description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities of the Office Manager position. Qualifications, responsibilities, and budgeted hours are negotiable.

The Admins assistant shall manage the administrative services of the company, including support to the Manager, other staff and the teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including: reception, phone-answering, message- taking.
Capable of accurate and diligent record retention including: calendar scheduling, records, database management.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills including discretion with personal information.

Adept in and open to office technology including software such as: Microsoft Office Suite, Breeze
Management Software, Quickbooks, MS Teams, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist Clerk of Session in maintenance of records.
Perform secretarial work for the teams and organizations.
Procure office and housekeeping supplies.

Actively encourage teams meeting deadlines necessary for document preparation

HOURS:
10/15 hours/week with daily access to messages.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
