Instagram Outreach Assistant for High-End Event Prospecting

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Instagram Outreach Assistant to identify and engage with individuals who fit a specific profile for various events, trips, dinners, villa weekends, and content shoots. The ideal candidate will learn to consistently identify target profiles based on provided examples and execute outreach messages from our Instagram account. This is an ongoing role requiring consistent effort and attention to detail. The process involves several key steps: Step 1: Research the city. Find the highest-end venues in the target city, including beach clubs, rooftop venues, luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, members clubs, fashion and lifestyle venues, and popular nightlife venues. Step 2: Use Instagram location tags. Search the venue's Instagram location and review people who have recently posted from that location. Do not focus on the venue's tagged photos; focus on individuals posting from the location itself. Step 3: Identify qualified profiles. Look for women who match the examples provided. General guidelines include being attractive, stylish, fashionable, having a luxury, travel, beach club, and nightlife aesthetic, high-quality photos, and an active Instagram account. Minimal visible tattoos are preferred. Regarding follower count, profiles with 0-100,000 followers are preferred, but larger accounts are acceptable if the profile is an excellent fit. Profile quality is more important than follower count. Step 4: Outreach. Send approved outreach messages from our account. Handle basic responses according to instructions and flag promising conversations for review. Step 5: Find Additional Prospects. Once a woman responds positively, review the women she follows on Instagram. Many of the best prospects will come from accounts followed by women who have already responded positively. When new qualified women are found, send outreach messages to them as well. This process repeats as new positive responses come in. The assistant will open the Instagram profile of positive responders, review who they follow, identify fitting women, and send outreach messages to them.
