We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Specialist to join our team. The core responsibility of this role is to contact potential clients, qualify their needs, and successfully book estimate appointments on the calendar for our sales team. This position involves both cold and warm outreach strategies.
Cold outreach responsibilities include:
- Calling and texting purchased lead lists, aged leads, or targeting specific neighborhoods, especially post-storm.
- Following up on door-hanger campaigns.
- Promptly following up on Facebook and Google ad leads within minutes of their submission.
- Conducting follow-up calls for leads generated by field canvassing teams.
Warm lead responsibilities include:
- Following up on inbound calls or form submissions that did not initially convert.
- Re-engaging past quote requests that have gone cold.
- Confirming and sending reminders for upcoming estimate appointments to significantly reduce no-show rates.

- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally via phone, SMS, and email.
- A persistent yet non-aggressive approach, understanding that roofing customers often require multiple touchpoints.
