Using Callrail Softphone to make /receive calls
Pulling Seller/Buyer Lead Lists (client must provide approval for purchase)
Skip Tracing Lists and providing to a marketing or cold caller to generate leads
Managing the lead flow (following up with client/team if lead generation is low)
Screening seller leads
Running Comps and finding ARV
Generating and Providing AQs Offer amounts
Creating contracts
Podio training (tagging/filling in lead sheet/making comments/working through app stages)
Sending contracts for electronic signature (e-sign account not included in purchase)
Creating amendments to contract (for extensions/price adjustments)
Opening escrow with title company
Building and managing buyers lists
Creating marketing to dispo properties
Negotiating with buyers
Troubleshooting (limited) with team

We are looking for individuals who are self-starters, fast learners, organized, responsive, and leaders that have real estate experience.
