This is the first book in a planned series on Nutrition and Wellness (the scientific concept). The intention is to work through about 4 books if the first one is successful. The content is king here. Currently, almost all the books on the topic that are out there, appear to be unscientific and sometimes even incomprehensible due to paltry grammar riddled with errors. It also appears to be written by algorithms instead of human beings. The book outline is ready, and there is a substantial bank of the most recent research links about the topic
