Outbound Appointment Closer for Real Estate Business (Colombia Only)

We are a U.S.-Based real estate business seeking a confident outbound telemarketer / appointment closer to call leads and book qualified appointments. This is a performance-driven role with a base hourly rate plus bonuses, open ONLY to freelancers currently located in Colombia.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm u.S. Eastern Time. A consistent 4-hour daily schedule is required.

Compensation:
$6.00 usd per hour (base) plus $20 usd per qualified appointment set. Bonuses are paid weekly. This opportunity offers long-term work and higher earnings based on performance.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to provided lead lists.
Follow approved scripts and talking points.
Handle light objections confidently.
Ask for commitment and book appointments on calendar.
Accurately log call outcomes and notes.

Requirements:
Must be currently located in Colombia.
Fluent spoken English (accent is okay, clarity is required).
Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting.
Comfortable with rejection and performance-based pay.
Reliable internet connection and headset.
Available daily during the required hours.
