Part-Time Remote Appointment Setter for Us Fitness Centers

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Remote Appointment Setter. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule gym tours and consultations for our four Anytime Fitness locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area. The ideal candidate will have a strong, persuasive phone presence and be comfortable working US Central Time hours.

Responsibilities:
* Make outbound phone calls to prospects in English.
* Follow provided scripts to schedule gym tour appointments.
* Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows.
* Track daily show and conversion numbers accurately.
* Report daily performance to the owner.

Requirements:
* Strong spoken English is essential for this phone-based role.
* Prior BPO, call center, or appointment setting experience is preferred.
* Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
* Possess a positive, energetic, and persuasive phone presence.
* Comfortable working US Central Time hours (e.g., Monday – Friday: 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm cst; saturday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm cst).

Compensation

• Base: $4.00 USD/hour
• Show bonus: $0.50 USD for every confirmed appointment that shows up
• Pay cycle: weekly or bi-weekly via Wise (direct transfer)
• Part-time with potential to grow to full-time for the right candidate
