We are business consultants for the landscape industry and we help small to medium size landscape companies take it to the next level and grow their business! We are the first pioneer company to offer unique services made applicable to landscape owners. Most of our prospects are Spanish Speakers and come from Mexican culture and background.

We are looking for a professional salesperson with fluent English & Spanish!

Salary: $1,000 Base + Commision + Bonus Includes Incentives (Performance Based Pay Only)

Duties:
Cold Calling - Mainly outbound calls
Work Full Time Monday to Saturday in Pacific Standard Time
Meeting or exceeding sales goals of setting new appointments
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
Understanding and promoting company programs.
Maintaining client records on sales pipeline.

Requirements:
Quiet Office
Fast Internet
Noise Reduction Headset - Wear casual or professional clothing to work each day
Experience in sales
Must be bilingual (English and Native Spanish)

Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Google Drive applications.
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
