🔍 About the Role
We’re a U.S.-Based real estate team looking for a fluent English speaker with excellent phone presence to join us as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA).
You’ll speak with warm buyer leads, follow a proven script, and set appointments for our loan officers. There’s no cold calling — all leads are provided.

We care deeply about tonality and communication style. You must be able to:
Sound confident, friendly, and natural on the phone
Follow a conversational script while building trust
Adapt to the energy of the person on the other end

🛠️ Responsibilities
Quickly respond to new inbound buyer leads
Call, text, and follow up using our CRM system
Log notes, update lead status, and follow pre-set cadences
Set appointments or move leads into nurture
Follow our 14-day multi-channel outreach strategy

📌 What You Need
Fluent English (B2 or higher required)
Clear, friendly, and natural speaking voice
Computer or laptop (no tablets)
High-speed internet
Noise-canceling headset

Availability to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
