We're a growing real estate team in North County San Diego and South Florida looking for a creative, dependable Marketing Assistant to help us show up consistently online. You'll schedule and post content on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, edit short-form reels and carousels, write captions, design simple graphics in Canva, and help keep our content calendar on track. You'll also help with email and follow-up campaigns and track what's working. You should have a good eye for clean, modern, luxury-feeling visuals, strong writing, and comfort with tools like Canva, CapCut, Metricool and a CRM. Real estate content experience is a plus.
