About this project

Open

This is a long-term project for a company situated in the United States. The goal of the project is to start a small call center with five cold callers, meeting setters, and a manager. The customer intends to retain the freelancer chosen to oversee this project as the project manager on an ongoing basis, with a salary and overrides on sales accomplished by the US-based sales force.
The first step in the endeavor is to develop presentations on local job platforms, such as Indeed, Craigslist, and so on.  Identifying, selecting, and hiring talent for the call center staff.

Step 2: Deploy the call center team while monitoring CRM and lead-generating efforts.

Step three is to meet KPIs. After KPIs are fulfilled, a salary will be offered, as well as a profit split depending on sales closed during the scheduled meetings.

Project overview

This project will help run a corporate credit-building service for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the United States by operating its outreach cold-calling efforts. The primary purpose of the call center would be to reach as many small and medium-sized business owners as possible in the United States market. The number of meetings scheduled as well as the percentage of no-shows will be used to determine success. Members of the call center will be compensated on a commission basis, with a share of the commission received for the closed sale. As the project's developer, you are entrusted with quickly obtaining cold calling talent, training the call center crew, and deploying them to target small company owners under the supervision of the CEO. Maintain CRM and create lead-generation channels to support the call center personnel.
