We are a rapidly expanding healthcare organization seeking a dedicated and empathetic full-time Client Care Coordinator to join our remote team. This long-term position is crucial for supporting families as they begin their journey with our Clinic therapy services. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, as this is a mandatory requirement for the role.
As the first point of contact for parents seeking services for their children, you will guide them through the initial steps with professionalism, empathy, and clarity. Your primary goal will be to ensure a smooth and supportive onboarding experience for every family.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promptly respond to all new parent inquiries received via phone, text, and email.
* Provide comprehensive and clear onboarding instructions in either English or Spanish, depending on the family's preference.
* Efficiently send and track all required documentation using our secure systems, ensuring timely completion.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes and client information within our CRM and workflow platforms.
* Proactively identify and resolve any potential barriers that families may encounter, such as missing documents, confusion regarding processes, or technical issues.
* Strictly adhere to established intake processes and communication standards to ensure consistency and quality of service.
* Uphold full confidentiality and compliance with all relevant regulations and policies at all times.
Requirements:
* Mandatory fluency in both English and Spanish, encompassing strong written and spoken communication abilities.
* Demonstrated strong customer-service skills with a compassionate and patient approach.
* Highly organized and meticulous, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proven ability to follow structured workflows and processes effectively.
* Comfortable working full-time, Monday through Friday, in a remote setting.
* Prior experience in healthcare intake or customer service is preferred.
* Readiness for remote work, including a quiet workspace and a reliable, strong internet connection.
