We’re a growing land investment company specializing in raw land transactions, and we’re looking for a skilled Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our remote team. This role is critical in supporting the purchase and sale of land, ensuring smooth coordination from contract to closing.

Responsibilities:
Transaction Management: Coordinate all aspects of land transactions, ensuring that every step – from contract to closing – is handled efficiently.
Document Control: Prepare and organize all transaction documents, including contracts, deeds, title documents, and closing statements, with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
Deadline Tracking: Monitor critical dates and deadlines, coordinating with buyers, sellers, title companies, and other stakeholders to keep every transaction on track.
Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main contact for all parties involved, maintaining proactive communication to keep everyone informed.
Due Diligence: Oversee due diligence activities, including title research, environmental assessments, and other property-specific checks.
Record Management: Update and maintain accurate transaction records in our CRM and Google Workspace, allowing for easy access and tracking.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years in a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator role, ideally with experience in land transactions or raw land sales.
Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Google Workspace, CRMs like Airtable, and project management tools.
Language: Fluent in English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Time Zone: Must be able to work hours that overlap with U.S. Business hours.
Remote Work: Self-motivated, reliable, and equipped with a solid internet connection and home office setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in land transactions or rural real estate.
Knowledge of real estate legalities, title processes, and land-specific due diligence.
Familiarity with industry compliance standards and documentation.
