We are seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This fully remote role requires working Central Time Zone hours and focuses on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting for our sales team. As an sdr, you will engage with us university personnel through cold calling, email outreach, and linkedin messaging to identify and qualify new business opportunities. (www.prospect-4-u.com)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain CRM records and track outreach efforts.
- Nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach targets.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Must be able to reliably work Central Time Zone hours.
- Previous sales, lead generation, or customer outreach experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Must have a quiet workspace, personal computer/laptop, and reliable internet.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com) is a plus.
