We are on the hunt for skilled Sales Freelancers on Workana who are adept at leveraging LinkedIn tools for cold outreach. Our premier HR seminar, "Navigating the Future of HR: Innovative Strategies and Models with Anna Tavis PhD," targets senior HR leaders across Latin America, the Caribbean, and globally, emphasizing regions including Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize LinkedIn and specialized tools such as Apollo.io and LinkedIn Helper to prospect senior HR executives, pinpointing potential clients for our seminar.
Conduct cold outreach with a tailored approach, effectively communicating the seminar's value to a high-level audience.
Organize and lead informative sessions, presenting the seminar’s comprehensive agenda and benefits.
Oversee the full sales process from prospecting to closing, including meticulous follow-up and post-sale engagement.
Skills and Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish, English, and/or French, Portuguese, capable of engaging with a global audience.
Proven experience in sales, with a strong emphasis on cold outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
Proficiency in LinkedIn sales tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Helper, demonstrating an ability to navigate and utilize these platforms for effective sales strategies.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information succinctly.
Independent work ethic with a drive to achieve sales targets in a freelance setting.
Insight into hr industry trends, enabling meaningful conversations with senior hr executives.

Compensation:

Commission-based: 10% per confirmed sale.
$80 USD for standard clients.
$100 USD for new clients (not previously in contact).
$400 USD for group enrollments.
Quick commission payout via Workana within 48 hours post-payment receipt.
